RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Mademoiselle allows returns for customers that aren't satisfied with a purchase.
Returns can be done by simply sending back the product to the bellamademoiselle.com Returns Center
Customers who wish to return a product to Mademoiselle for a full refund must do so within 60 days of the order being processed. Products returned after 60 days will be refunded as an eGift Card / Credit to be redeemed at bellamademoiselle.com. Any free product and or gift received with the main order must also be returned to receive a full refund within 60 days. Otherwise, an eGift Card or credit to be redeemed at bellamademoiselle.com
will be issued instead. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, except in case of an error by Mademoiselle or a defective product. The order's email confirmation, all original packaging materials and packing slip must be shipped back with the item being returned. A return label can be printed from the bellamademoiselle.com website. To initiate a return, please go on the Return tab and follow these simple instructions: print a return ship label, attach to the outside of the shipping box and or envelope.
Some items, which are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), such as hairspray or nail polish that contains flammable materials must be returned through ground shipping only.
Mademoiselle is not responsible for shipments of flammable items processed by its customers back to our return center.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of your item being processed and received by Bellamademoiselle.com return center.
Some financial institutions may take longer to process a credit back to your account.
